Today the New Jersey Department of Transportation unveiled the new signs dedicating the new Ensign John R. Elliott Memorial Interchange at I-295 and Rte. 42 near Philadelphia. Thank you NJDOT Commissioner Francis O'Connor, State Senators Vince Polistina and Nilsa Cruz-Perez and their Assembly colleagues for co-sponsoring legislation making the naming possible. This interchange would have saved our son's life 24 years ago when his life tragically intersected with a drunk driver near Woodstown, N.J. two months after John graduated from the United States Naval Academy and was preparing to enter Naval Flight School.

Congratulations to Reagan McCormack, crowned Monday night as Ocean City's 2024 Miss Night in Venice. She and her fellow contestants raised over $64,000 for eleven local charities, including the John R. Elliott HERO Campaign and our mission to prevent drunk driving. Many thanks to the Miss Night in Venice Committee and the contestants for their continuing support!
