Thank you all for coming out to support the Elite Lindenite Organization Pop-up Food Drive and Scholarship Support Fund Drive on November 15th at Papa's Food in Linden. The outpouring of support from the community was truly remarkable. We collected 18 overfilled boxes of shelf-stable, kid- and family-friendly food items and numerous donations. The food was donated to the Marengo County Department of Human Resources to refill their food pantry to distribute to families in need. This event was a success because we came together as a community. Let us continue to support our community because there is no limit to what we can accomplish as a team. Thank you to Papa's Food for allowing us to set up, our members who gave their time and support, Nicole (DHR) for pick up and delivery, and YOU for your contributions.
