Under new ownership, TN SUP and Adventures is helping locals get outside, explore nature, and try something new on the water. Owner Shannon Slayton, a Gallatin native and certified Stand Up Paddleboard instructor, wellness coach, and wilderness guide, combines her passion for the outdoors with a mission to help others find joy, confidence, and connection through adventure.

From peaceful paddles on Old Hickory Lake to SUP fitness classes, yoga retreats, kayaking trips, and more, TN SUP and Adventures offers experiences for all skill levels. Their philosophy is simple: don't postpone joy, be present, and say yes to adventure.

Ready to get outside and make some memories? TN SUP and Adventures is making it easy to experience the best of Gallatin's great outdoors.

We had the absolute best day our annual Chamber Golf Tournament presented by Volunteer, a Lawrence Bank! It was a fantastic day of networking, friendly competition, and community connection!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our June Membership Luncheon! Today's luncheon was titled, "From Startup To Success". This was an entrepreneur panel that we hosted that dove into key questions to discover what helps to make a small business not only successful, but how they continue to strive for success, and then some.

For Aaron and Kalyn Keen, music is more than a profession. It's a way to build confidence, community, and connection. After years of teaching, performing, and working in the music industry, the couple opened Keen School of Music in 2024 with a mission to make music accessible to everyone.

What sets the school apart is its focus on real-world experiences. In addition to private lessons, students have opportunities to perform throughout the community, participate in the Rock Ready Program, and explore music through unique offerings like Musical Petting Zoos and Video Game Camps. Whether they're helping a young student step onto a stage for the first time or welcoming an adult who has always wanted to learn an instrument, the Keens are passionate about helping people grow both as musicians and as individuals.

Their belief is simple: anyone can learn music, and everyone deserves the chance to discover the joy and confidence it can bring.
