1. We have changed our walk in, emergency assistance hours. New hours are 9 a.m. to noon.

2. We will be closed Monday through Wednesday next week.

A little late... but about last week...

Just another regular Thursday at Feed
Sumner. No big deal.

Our friends Compass Peds came out to serve, and two
of our amazing volunteers made sure our veterans got
their delivery.

PS - We've updated our schedule and are now open
Monday–Friday, 9AM–12PM for emergency assistance.

Shoutout to each volunteer that showed up this week.

What a few weeks it’s been at Feed Sumner!

From serving alongside First Baptist Hendersonville Phase 45 Preteens and YoungPros, to Distribution Prep and our Monthly Distribution… to an incredible homeschool group jumping in, cake kits from Nashville Wraps, and generous support from Freedom Church, there’s been no shortage of people showing up and making a difference!

This is what it looks like when a community comes together. Thank you for being part of the story.

A couple great groups serving over the past few days! This week, dropped in for a nightly meeting, and spent part of their missions weekend with us. Lots of boxes packed and food delivered to the community. Woohoo!

There’s something special that happens when connect groups serve together.

This past Saturday, two FBCH Connect Groups came out to Feed Sumner and did what Connect Groups do best. Life together! There were lots of laughs, conversations, and plenty of teamwork. They taped 500 food boxes, packed 300 food boxes, moved and prepped product, packaged drinks, and packed over 5 tons of food for families in our community!

And the best part? It was all done with joy!

Serving together has a way of bringing people closer. It’s more than packing food. It’s building friendships, living on mission, and being the hands and feet of Jesus together.

Thank you to the Randle Davis and Rick Carey Connect Groups, along with students from Beech High School’s HOSA Club, for showing up and making a difference.

Because of you, hundreds of families will receive food this weekend.
