Last year’s event was an incredible night, and we’re already working to make this year even bigger and better!

This year, we’re introducing NEW flexible seating options:
✅ Full Tables
✅ Couples Tickets
✅ Individual Tickets / Community Tables

Don’t have a full group? No problem! We’ll have “Community Tables” available for singles, couples, and smaller groups who still want to join the fun without organizing an entire table themselves.

Don't forget: Only a limited number of tickets are released for this event. Reserve your spot now! If you joined us last year, you have first dibs on keeping your same number! Once payment is secured, we will reach out to you. Use the link for payment on our event website no later than August 1st, 2026, if you want priority in terms of ticket number choice.

Join us for an unforgettable celebration as we honor Coach Ray VanHootegem after his final home meet with the Girls Varsity Swim Team. On Saturday, October 18th at 3 p.m., we’ll gather to share refreshments, heartfelt stories, and our gratitude for his remarkable dedication and impact over the years. This is a special opportunity for former swimmers and colleagues to come together, reminisce about cherished memories, and send him off with well-wishes as he embarks on this new chapter. Let’s make this occasion one filled with joy and appreciation for a truly legendary coach who has touched so many lives! We can’t wait to see you there!
