Hey everyone! Your all invited to attend our 2026 annual meeting ; this Saturday 3/14 @ 3 pm. Location- the Vault 185 s Kellogg. We will cover last year's budget , builds and plans for this season too. PLEASE.. bring any ideas you may have for open discussion, the trails are yours ! I would love to see, hikers,trail runners, represented also. You make up the majority of traffic on the trails, so let your voices be heard.

Just a friendly reminder.... We are under a freeze thaw cycle at this time. The ground will hold moisture in a frozen state. When temperature and /or sun comes into play, the moisture will come to the surface. Making for a slick muddy trail that is fragile. So please observe the effect riding on muddy trails has and just come back when things dry out. I will do a better job with trail condition updates in the future. Trail bot or trail forks are great apps to use. Thanks for the help in keeping damage from occurring.

This Saturday at 930 am. Trols is having a " decking" party. The long awaited burm on lakeside is ready to get covered. There are 120 2x4x4 and a bunch of 6 footers as well. ALL have to be delivered to the work sight. We are looking for help to get this done quickly. Please pm me if you plan on attending. The more the better. There was a time I was reluctant to take on a huge build like the burm. The old one had to come down. The easiest thing to do would have been a simple bridge and some rock. However, we knew this feature was a landmark to the lake Storey trail system. So we decided take it on. Only a few of us have put in over 100 hours so far. !

Lady's trail walk/ hike..Saturday 5/17 @3 p.m. starting at the west boat dock parking lot. This will be a guided casual hike through the Lake Storey trail system. Your choice on the distance , from 1-3 mile hike. The hike is planned out to allow everyone to go as a group,plenty of opportunity to hit the hard pack to head back to the parking lot whenever you like! Also Trolsinc will have a couple of riders cruising around for piece of mind.Bring water, your favorite bug spray, (mostly nats) . Possibly a regathering at Hidden Hills winery in Knoxville after the walk!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

TROLS members meeting. We will be discussing our 2024 season and insights into 2025
Some of the topic will be
1. New jump line
2. Drop zone.
3. Skinnies etc.
4. Rebuilding the burm bridge on lakeside.
5. Startup of a TROLS MTB "club", to introduce our local youth into the sport.
6 Stewardship , maintenance ,construction and group events.
7. All conversation welcome!
