Safe Harbor Family Crisis Center We are a non-profit organization that provides confidential help to survivors of domestic violence.

Safe Harbor’s services include, but are not limited to, court advocacy, a 24-hour crisis line, emergency shelter, community education, social service referrals and support group. We are here to support and assist survivors of domestic violence in Knox County.
