Last night I was busy sewing new pouches with blankets gifted to me by generous donors. Every batch of opossum received a new one this morning. It's important to keep the joeys clean. Some days I change out a whole bunch of pouches! That's why it's always a special treat receiving new blanket donations! ❤️

Whew.... WHAT a day yesterday! I took in a single opossum at work who transferred to my Mr Wiggles facility because we are primarily a Bird of Prey rescue. When I got home, I was brought 2 more from the same place Sunshine came from and in the evening I admitted a pretty beat up older opossum. I'm going to post my Amazon wish list in the comments because I definitely need more supplies with 11 opies in rehab!

Everyone say "Hi" to Sunshine! He came in yesterday after being found all alone. Often when joeys start getting big, the weaker ones fall off of their Mama's back.

Rainbow is gaining weight and is growing stronger by the day. The little guy is her pouch mate whom I haven't named. Does anyone have any good ideas as what I should name him?

Joey brought in from N.L. this weekend. I brought him to work on Tuesday and had my homeschool group, the Animal Curators help syringe feed him.
