To preserve and improve the property for the ultimate benefit of the children, grandchildren and loved ones of Royce Cantrell while inspiring the entire family of Vernon Cantrell to become and remain better connected socially via interactions at and due to activities at the property and/or due to current and potential businesses opportunities and operations resulting from the creation and diligent management of the L.L.C. 2. Provide a piece of real estate that can be gathered at and on by the entire Cantrell Family, school class mates of Royce Cantrell as well as offer opportunities for other such group related gatherings whether groups may be local or from afar. 3. Commence the operation of a small scale, unique short stay bed and breakfast business, catering largely to Route 66 Tourism in cooperation with other local business in Galena Kansas and surrounding businesses. Other current and future objectives shall be up-dated here as time and information is attained
