It's not too late to share you opinion with the EEOC! Aug 24 deadline! See below.

For nearly 60 years, workforce demographic data has helped the identify patterns of workplace discrimination, enforce federal civil rights laws, and advance equal opportunity.

Now, the EEOC has proposed eliminating this critical data collection. Without employer-level workforce data, it becomes much harder to identify barriers to pay equity, investigate discrimination, and understand where workplace inequities persist.

AAUW urges the EEOC to withdraw this proposal and preserve workforce demographic data collection.

Public comments are open through August 24. Speak out to help protect equal opportunity in the workplace.

AAUW condemns the confirmation of Todd Blanche as U.S. Attorney General.

Blanche’s record shows that he does not stand for equal justice for all. His confirmation puts equal justice, civil rights, reproductive freedom, and voting rights at stake.

The fight is not over. AAUW will continue to demand accountability and defend the rights and freedoms we have fought so hard to secure.
