Another core belief is that we have never been separated from God. God has loved us, each and every one of us, with an ever lasting love and has never forsaken us. We believe the Bible and many other sacred texts, read and understood in a correctly, all communicate these principles and move all of us from a sin-based, shame based, fear based, hell-damnation based motivation to an all-things-possible now and in the future motivation for living and being. It moves you to be all you can be, to do your very best, to be creative, to innovate, to try new things, to improvise, and to know that even in so-called failure, there is learning and benefit, for all things work together for the ultimate good of each person. Therefore an individual learns one can learn from his/her attempts to do good and and try anew. This by the way is what is meant by the misunderstood word and over used word and misused word "sin." The Greek word translated "sin" "hamartia" means a mistake with a corrective, with its own consequence now, not at a future time, not a time of great punishment. The corrective now is meant to help an individual to stop doing things that hurt them, like when a child has his/her finger on a hot stove, and their internal senses say take your hand off. Because you are burning, harming yourself. Such is any other "sin" in the life. Such is any thing else in the life that harms you. The way this was stated by Jesus the Christ was when He said, "The Sabbath was made for the service of man, man was not made to serve the Sabbath." In other words every thing is meant to make the human better, more of what the human already is, God's Child. Every thing in the Universe, including this page is meant to assist you in recognizing and reclaiming your true relationship with God as God's Beloved Child made in God's Image and Likeness.
