Very sad to hear of Kevin Geoghegan's passing this week. He was a friend to all in our Quince Orchard High School world. He recently helped organize our 30th high school reunion. He welcomed everybody and was simply a special presence. Just a wonderful human being.

As a tribute to Kevin, Kids On Bikes will purchase and donate a brand new bike for a Quince Orchard High School child whose parents have fallen on hard times. If you would like to contribute, Venmo is

If there is money left over, we will buy additional bike accessories (lock, helmet, etc). Money after that, we will purchase new bikes to donate to the Montgomery County Bike Match program we have been working with for over 2 years. Thank you for your consideration.

My local non profit Kids On Bikes is hosting a bike drive this month. We are partnering with 4 Season Giving Tree in order to get some bikes for kids in our local area. I’m looking for gently used (flat tires, rusty chains okay!) bikes that I can fix and deliver to kids in need for the holidays.

🔥 Quick flip bike #56 going into the wild! Best part is the kid has a friend who just requested a bike as well. That will be going out this week. 👍 There will be a new 2 person bicycle gang having fun on bikes this spring!! 🔥

Oh man I wish I had a before version of this Tony Hawk Bmx bike transformation. The brakes were locked up, rusty chain, fat tires and it was absolutely covered in cobwebs and dirt. This bike will stay out of the landfill AND give a young kid a gigantic smile!

Thank you for all the support! I used donated bike wash and a lot of donated wd40 and degreaser on this one!!
