Our next monthly book club meets on Sunday, October 11th, at 4pm!
This month, we will be reading The Girl in the Green Dress by Mariah Fredericks. One of our members, will be hosting and we will be emailing the address a few days before the event (to avoid having her address public on the internet!). ReVision You! See Different. Be Different.
What if some of the beliefs shaping who you are today began as stories you learned—or meanings you made—from experiences long ago?
In this engaging and interactive presentation, Dr. Sue Carter Collins explores how the invisible stories we carry can become part of our identity, influencing how we see ourselves, the choices we make, and what we believe is possible. Through personal storytelling, practical insights, and guided reflection, participants will have an opportunity to examine some of the meanings they have attached to their own experiences and consider whether those meanings still serve the person they are becoming.

Has anyone stayed out in the garden for a while after the luncheon? It’s so peaceful, and with cooler weather coming up it will be nice. We also love the little sitting area inside. It’s a nice place to sit and chat. Thank you always Sweetwater Branch Inn, it’s always lovely.

So much gratitude and so many thanks to Cornelia and Sweetwater Branch Inn for letting us use their lovely space for free and only charging for the food! For decades!!! GAWN super appreciates you and your amazing staff, and Chef Al! We are women supporting women, so please always recommend Sweetwater for any guests that need a place to stay. The property is lovely and the service is amazing!
