🚨Action Alert: Contact the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to tell them to keep access to telehealth for mifepristone and to continue to allow prescription delivery by mail. 🚨
📞Call: 855-543-3784 — FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER)
📧Email: [email protected]
This is a critical time to act — the FDA is reconsidering the well-established science about the safety of mifepristone to try to limit our access.
Louisiana v. FDA could threaten nationwide access to mifepristone, the medication used for abortion care.
If Louisiana wins, the national standard for accessing abortion pills could be rolled back, threatening access through telehealth and by mail and forcing unnecessary in-person requirements.
Mifepristone has been safely used for decades, and we cannot allow politicians and the courts to take away our right to control our own reproduction.
Stand up, fight back, and demand free and unrestricted access to abortion and birth control.
