Another picture of Attorney Dan Vasquez who agreed to take our challenge and spend a day in the wheelchair and ended up having to figure out how to weather the storm. A common daily thing in Florida. A poncho might not be enough to stay dry and prevent water from running everywhere down your body and also it may be caught in the wheel as you were trying to propel yourself.
