dship, and brotherhood. Founded in 1929, ESA now has a network of nearly 1,000 chapters that excel in community service, education and philanthropy. ESA’s pride and joy is its support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a world renowned pediatric children’s hospital in Memphis, TN. ESA is the largest third-party donor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, supporting the hospital for 40 of its 50 years of existence and has donated over $164 million to St. ESA is also proud to support Easter Seals, Hats for Hope and many other good causes. The Delta Chi Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha was chartered on March 23rd, 2012 at the University of Florida. Beginning with just a few friends looking for community service, the chapter has steadily grown and is continuing to add more members each semester. Our dynamic brothers and sisters work together everyday to better the Gainesville community and raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. During its first official year, the Delta Chi chapter proved to be a significant force in ESA. During St. Jude’s month of February 2012, the Delta Chi chapter raised the third highest amount for St. Jude’s across all collegiate chapters in the nation, a month before its official chartering.
