SWAG is a grassroots community-based organization that strives to improve living conditions, educational opportunities, and quality of life for residents in the Tower Road corridor just west of I-75 in the 32607 zip code. We do this by securing the necessary funding and community partnerships to bring a resource center, playground, early learning center, and health services clinic to the SWAG area.

This morning about a dozen SWAG residents were part of our porch garden program. Everyone got all the supplies they needed to build a small but fantastic garden on their front porch or in their yard. A huge shout out to our board member and master gardener, Bob, who led the program, and to the other board members and students that were part UF class that helped us come up with the idea.
