We just got an Illumina MiniSeq DNA/RNA sequencer in today. Along with two Illumina iScan beadchip readers (which we use for measuring DNA methylation for Horvath Clocks), and an Ion Torrent S5 sequencing system, with an Ion Chef and Torrent Server, I think we've maxed our Sequencing Room.

We raised $14,636 in donations on Giving Tuesday, Dec 3, 2019 and finally rec'd our check today (2-21-2020) from Network for Good. Thanks to all of you, esp the Methuselah Foundation for your generosity. We're using the funds to help us purchase an Olympus CKX53 microscope with CKX-CCSW confluency checker software and the R1 Cell Counter.

Here's how much NAD+ levels are depleted with age. We found that typical 70-80 year old Americans had nearly undetectable plasma NAD+ levels. Among other things, NAD+ is essential to keeping DNA repaired.
