Little Panda came to us after being attacked by a stray dog. Her wounds needed immediate medical attention and our team came together fast to help! We truly couldn't do it without our amazing team and their passion for helping pets in need!

Panda is happy and healthy, running around as a puppy should be and it is all thanks to our amazing team! If you're interested in volunteering with SFVC, we're always looking for vets, vet techs, and administrative help to lend their time and talents to help puppies.

Did you know that SFVC is staffed by 80% volunteers with a small, dedicated team that also all started as volunteers? Our staff spends their time healing pets, mentoring future vets, and educating clients about their pets needs. Their passion for wanting to help pets in need is why we're able to do all that we can! Puppy, the sweetest pitbull, came to us in severe pain with glaucoma. With the support of our amazing team and the generosity of the community, we were able were able to do the surgery and give this puppy his pep back!

We wouldn't have been able to do the work here without the amazing, talented vets in our community like Dr. Bonnie Gatson, an anesthesiologist who recently volunteered her time to help with a complicated surgery on a very small chihuahua. With her expertiese and talent, the procedure went smoothly and little Zelda fully recovered!

We're so grateful for the incredibly generous grant received from the Florida Veterinary Medical Association that will go to updating our equipment so that we can better help pets in need in North Central Florida. We're proud to support missions like the FVMA that seeks to elevate the veterinary community!
