Happy NDEAM from Grow Hub! 🌱

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, an annual recognition of the positive impact people with disabilities have on the American workforce.

It began in 1945 as a weeklong observance. In 1988, Congress made it a full month, and it has since grown to recognize people with all kinds of disabilities, including mental health conditions and other nonobvious disabilities.

This year’s theme is “Celebrating Value and Talent,” honoring the skills and contributions Americans with disabilities bring to our workplaces, communities, and economy during America’s 250th birthday year.

At Grow Hub, we see that value and talent every day in the people who make this place grow. Come visit and see for yourself. 💚
