Leadership applications are open!⛰️ We encourage those who are considering applying to spend intentional time with the Lord, seek wise counsel, and read scripture.

Here is a prayer guide:

Heavenly Father,
I come to you today with a decision to make.
I come to you in need of understanding and direction. I know that where I am lacking, you are overflowing with provision. Today, I need your guidance and your leadership. You see the decision before me and know which path is best. Help me to be confident in your plan for me.

Father, I have every reason to trust you with my heart, because you loved me with all of your heart when you sent Jesus into the world to be my Savior. Since you’ve given Jesus to us and for us, we can depend on you to give us everything else we need (Rom 8:28). Make my way straight as I seek to honor you with my decision to serve on leadership.

It’s so comforting to know you’re the God who determines my steps and the outcome of my plans. This doesn’t mean I am to be passive in my decision-making, but to realize that you are very engaged—opening doors I cannot shut, and shutting doors I cannot open. I praise you for your sovereign power and constant care.

Father, thank you for teaching me that life isn’t primarily about making the right decisions, but trusting the right Lord—and that is you. By faith, I now lean as fully upon you as I can.
So Amen I pray, in Jesus’ merciful and mighty name. May your will be done!

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6

Behind every moment at the Mount 2026 was months of prayer, planning, and faithful people saying “yes” to God.🤍

Counselors and leaders from ministries across Gainesville came together and poured out their time, energy, and hearts so that students could hear the Gospel, worship Jesus, and experience Christian community.

To every person who served: thank you for saying yes. We may never know every life God changed through your faithfulness, but we know He was at work. ⛰️✨

Today we watched hearts soften and God move in ways we never could have imagined. We watched students surrender their lives to Jesus, worship an amazing God arm in arm with their counselors, and build Christian community before even stepping onto a college campus.

To watch something that once changed our lives now change the lives of so many others is a gift we don’t think we’ll ever be able to put into words.

What a privilege. What a gift. What a God.
