Alumni spotlight: Meet Ms. Daisy... she's one of our amazing alum who found her forever home!

Daisy’s journey began on the border of Alabama and Tennessee, where she was found with her litter of puppies living in an abandoned shed. With the help of POPB, she was transported to Florida along with some of her puppies, who also found their homes through POPB. We fostered her for just over a year, and by the end we couldn’t imagine letting her go, so we made her ours. Now she spends her days snoozing on her couch, playing with her sister, and heading out for car rides, pup cups, and adventures. Daisy is a very happy girl, and we feel lucky to call her ours. - Daisy's adopters

Fostering helps TWO DOGS at once!
The dog you pull from the overcrowded shelter has the ability to thrive and grow in confidence in a safe home AND shelter space opens up for another dog who needs it.

On this hump day Wednesday, we want to give a shout out to Hank from Flagler Humane Society. His fairy god mom human emailed us about him asking for promotional help. She is worried that Hank's dog selectivity and "no cats" label will be a hurdle hard to overcome. Check out his awesome shelter profile to learn more about him! Thanks!🐾🐾🐾🐾

On this Saturday afternoon we will share the plight of the crew from Centreville, AL. Tammy from BC4Paws emailed us today. Here is part of her note:
"Hi, my name is Tammy Davis. I live in a small rural town in Centreville, Alabama. I volunteer at my local pound. It is not a rescue or a shelter. It is a RAEF, rabies and euthanasia facility. Which is a kill facility. We have many pits that are in danger of being killed at this moment as we are almost at full capacity. I am reaching out to see if there is any help you may offer. I am attaching pictures of the pits we currently have. I have been around these dogs for months. They are sweet and loving and are not aggressive around myself. There is a mom and two pups (big pups), as well as a brother and sister, that through no fault of their own, were an owner surrender."

Any dog specific questions can be directed to Tammy Davis at [email protected]

Hoping to generate some interest in fostering or even better, adopting one of these cuties. Thanks!🐾🐾🐾
