AASU 2026–2027 ADVOCACY CHAIR APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN + VPE HARD LAUNCH ‼️

Started this year, AASU’s Department of Advocacy has already made a meaningful impact within our community, with initiatives like the Advocacy Committee on Unity (ACU) leading efforts to foster dialogue, connection, and understanding.

As Advocacy Chair, you will have the opportunity to lead and expand these initiatives, working on meaningful advocacy projects alongside students of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, organizational affiliations, and backgrounds. This role offers hands-on leadership experience and the chance to collaborate with organizations such as APIAVote and FLAAP.

Join the union this year, and help us make an even bigger impact!

Show out to learn about the ways ourselves and our diasporic communities have been impacted by recent immigration crackdowns. We’ll talk about knowing our rights during these times, and we’ll also be giving out free food and raffling exclusive merch!
