Today is IFL USA’s birthday!

On this day, 14 years ago, we received recognition as a Florida nonprofit and began a journey that has taken us around the world, farther than we could have imagined!

Today, over 57,000 people are part of that journey. That number represents real people: children, youth, and adults whose lives are being sustained through the extraordinary partnerships that make IFL USA possible. It represents the commitment of our clinic partners, the generosity of our donors, the collaboration of our industry partners, and the countless people who have believed in this mission along the way. Most of all, it represents the people we are here to help.

From the beginning, IFL USA has believed that a partnership can cross any distance when it is built around a shared purpose. Today, as we celebrate another year, we are reminded that this work has never been about an organization. It has always been about people.

So today, we celebrate every life touched by IFL USA. We celebrate the partners who make this work possible. And we celebrate everyone who has helped IFL USA grow from an idea into a mission that continues to sustain lives around the world.

When Irvin received a continuous glucose monitor, everything changed. The sensor gave me something I had not felt in a long time—peace of mind. Instead of constantly waking him for painful finger pricks or living in fear of missing a dangerous low blood sugar, I could monitor his glucose more safely and respond more quickly. It allowed my son to rest, and for the first time in a long while, it allowed me to breathe.
