We wanted to let you know about an upcoming opportunity to develop skills and practices for public storytelling. Jashodhara Sen, an Assistant Professor from the UF School of Theater & Dance, will teach Public Storytelling Practices as part of the "Stories for Sustainability" series.
The workshop is free on June 20 from 3-4:45PM at the Millhopper Branch of the Alachua County Library

Here, participants choose an object, time, place, and/or event to recount their story in a community setting.

Thank you to The Independent Florida Alligator for covering last week's Self Narrate Storytelling meetup! It was a great experience to collaborate on a bilingual storytelling event with the Latina Women's League!

Around 40 people gathered at The Bull Thursday night for Self Narrate’s first time featuring stories in Spanish during its regular meetup.
