Edmondson-Telford Center for Children is Hall & Dawson County's Child Advocacy Center providing forensic interview & medical examinations for child abuse victims ages 0-17 yrs old. Opening in 1997, ETCC has served over hundreds of child abuse victims & their non-offending caregivers while coordinating the agencies involved in the investigation & prosecution of child maltreatment.
