Last night, December 4th, NCF SHRM hosted our final event of 2025—our Holiday Social 🎄✨, proudly sponsored by Alliant Insurance Services (Tammy Lane SHRM-SCP, GBA). The celebration was held at Miller’s Ale House, and we were thrilled to have such a great turnout. 🎉

We celebrated our wins 🏆, highlighted new initiatives 💡, and shared the exciting direction our chapter is heading. We also installed the 2026 Board of Directors 🎊 and bid a warm farewell to a few departing leaders. We were honored to have our D3 friends/colleagues in attendance, along with our District Director, Nate Shannon, SHRM-SCP, SPHR Shannon. 🙌

As we close out the year, we remain committed to delivering another year of exceptional programming and memorable events. ⭐ Our 2026 strategic planning session will be held on December 7th, led by our incoming president, Keyosha Monroe. 🎁🎄

A Note from our President:

After taking a few days to reflect on our Annual Conference, I can finally sum it up in one word: WOW!

This year’s event exceeded every expectation, and together we delivered something truly special:
✅ A powerhouse emcee who kept us energized and on track all day
✅ Dynamic speakers who brought timely, relevant insights for every professional in the room
✅ A panel of five outstanding community leaders whose perspectives and engagement left us all inspired.
✅ And Malik Jammer for sharing his voice while singing our National Anthem to honor those on September 11th.

The feedback has been incredible, and it’s clear this event made an impact.
