Partnership for Strong Families Partnership for Strong Families (PSF) is the lead child welfare agency in North Central Florida. Pfsf.org PSF serves judicial circuits 3 and 8.

Partnership for Strong Families (PSF) is a community-based care lead agency contracted with the Department of Children and Families. While PSF is the Lead Agency for this community, we are by no means the only agency. For example, dependency case management services are provided by subcontracted providers (Lutheran Services Florida, Pathways Human Services of Florida, Camelot Community Care and CDS). And the local system of care depends upon the work of all of the agencies in the community.

Celebrating Freedom! On this day in 1865, Union troops arrived in Galveston, TX with the announcement that all enslaved people in the US were free! The announcement came two years after the Emancipation Proclamation and was only the start of the journey to equality. We honor this important day by reflecting on our shared history and our continued pursuit of freedom and opportunity for all.​

In observance of Juneteenth, all PSF offices will be closed and will reopen on Monday, 6/22.
