A few years ago, the GEOC sent packages of goodies to SSgt Latessa Bortner when her Air Force Reserve unit was deployed to the Middle East. Recently Latessa, who is now training to be a pilot, married Scott Meader. They and most of the wedding party skydived in to the reception...and here's the video. Congratulations, Scott and Latessa, from the entire GEOC!

Jumping after the ceremony into the reception. Most of the wedding party jumped tandem with us, it was a great day.

This is one of the programs supported by the GEOC. These children and their sponsors will be speaking and singing in area churches- a list is included in the article. Let's all try to stop by one of the meetings and welcome them!

One student brought his notebooks from school on his trip to Gainesville so he could keep up with his studies while he’s away.
