What’s one thing volunteering has given YOU? 💜

We usually think about volunteering as something we do for other people.

But a TED Talk called “Volunteering: The Beneficial Side Effects” got us thinking about the other side of it — what volunteering can give us.

Maybe it’s a friendship you never expected.
A skill you discovered you had.
A sense of purpose.
A connection to your community.
A reminder that what you do matters.

So, just for conversation:

¿Qué te ha dado el voluntariado? 💜

Muchas veces pensamos en el voluntariado como algo que hacemos por los demás.

Pero una charla TED llamada “Volunteering: The Beneficial Side Effects” nos hizo pensar en el otro lado: ¿qué aporta el voluntariado a nosotros mismos?

Quizás una amistad que nunca esperabas.
Una nueva habilidad.
Un sentido de propósito.
Una conexión más profunda con nuestra comunidad.
O simplemente la satisfacción de saber que lo que hacemos importa.

Así que queremos escuchar de todos:
