Your inner circle should be more than a group of people who agree with you. It should be a group you are preparing to lead, serve, and continue the mission.

This lesson from The Leadership Lessons of Jesus speaks directly to our work at A Few Good MENtors. We are still looking for men who will share their time, experience, and guidance with a young man during our nine-month mentoring program.

You do not need to have all the answers. You need to be present, dependable, and willing to help a young man grow.
