We had a very successful workday at the Cemetery today. We were able to get all of the remaining blocks picked up. We appreciate everyone who showed up and helped! Next step - getting quotes for a new fence. Thanks again to everyone who has helped over the past month with the workdays.

We will be holding another workday this Saturday, May 30th, to pick up the remaining blocks along the back fence. We will get started around 8 am for anyone interested in coming to help. Bring tractors and gloves. This should only take a couple of hours to finish up. A BIG Thanks to everyone that has helped so far!

Robin, we were able to remove the stump and the palmetto bushes with the roots by your lots. This area can now be mowed and maintained.

Saturday, May 9th Workday (Fence Tear Down)

Some additional pictures from Saturday’s workday at the family cemetery. The original concrete fence had become brittle and was falling apart, so it had to come down. The crew will be back this Saturday at 7:30 AM to finish the project.

Notice anything about these pictures? The ages of the people doing all the work might be a clue 😅 We may be in need of some younger blood! We did have one amazing young fella show up. Thank you, Austin!
