The GA National Fair has come to an end for our show kiddos! We had some unfortunate weather and unexpected events, but we pushed through. Dakota did great in his Showmanship class, and placed 7th in his breed class with his heifer Daisy! Dakota’s little brother may not be an EHMS FFA member yet, but he is a Jr Viking and we would like to congratulate him on his SECOND PLACE breed class win! Go Jason and Dakota, and go Vikings!

Yesterday she showed her Meat Evaluation skills at the CDE and tonight she showed her calf, Lady, at the Madison County Fair! She won 2nd place in her weight class, and 5th in her showmanship class. Go Ella, and way to show some Viking Pride!

EHMS FFA brought cattle showing to the classroom and the after school FFA meeting today! Augie from the HCSD Farm travelled to EHMS for our 6th grade students to see some actual livestock during their Animal Science unit and then our FFA members gave him a much needed groom! Big shoutout to Ella and some other officers for helping teach!
