Our mission is to collaboratively focus on assisting all Glen
kirk Elementary Students to meet the high standards of scholastic achievement in a safe, welcoming community that will inspire lifelong success. Objectives associated with this mission include:
To promote the education and well-being of all children at home, in school, and in the community. To provide support for teachers and staff to assist in the implementation of our mission. To provide an open forum for discussion and foster communication between parents, administrators, educators, and the community. To promote volunteer programs and resources for Glenkirk Elementary School. To sponsor projects and events focusing on the mission of the Glenkirk PTO and for the benefit of Glenkirk Elementary School students. To raise funds as required for all the above objectives. The Glenkirk ES PTO is not a program or department of the Prince William County Public Schools, but an independent organization which has obtained the approval of PWCS to support its schools, students, teams, programs, and extracurricular activities. All funds raised by Glenkirk ES PTO must be used for approved school purposes.
