Dear Parents and Family of Pack 143,

Roasting marshmallows over a campfire with friends and family. Taking a block of wood and carving it down, sanding it, painting it and watching the joy on your Scout’s face as it crosses the finish line at the pinewood derby race (coming up soon!). Watching them hit their first bullseye on the archery or bb range. It is pretty magical!

Each year, the Longhorn Council invests $120 in your Scout above and beyond the National registration fee to continue providing this endless stream of adventure to your family.

Whether you’re brand new to Scouting or have been involved for several years, each of us has cherished Scouting memories that are positively influencing our community by learning and living Scouting’s values.

Your financial support through this year’s Investment in Character campaign is leveraged locally to ensure Scouting programs in our community continue to grow and thrive, allowing us to continue expanding our services beyond the 2,000 youth we currently serve in Frontier Trails District.

We hope you will consider making a personal gift at our upcoming Pack meeting, however if you are unable to attend, or wish to make your gift in advance, you can contact Cubmaster Cassie.
