It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Betty Uriegas, a former Hall County Deputy and the first female diver.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Park South Funeral Home, 4121 Falcon Parkway, Flowery Branch, GA 30542.

Please keep Betty’s family, friends, and her law enforcement family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Deputy Uriegas. Thank you for your service and dedication to the citizens of Hall County. Your legacy will not be forgotten.
