We canβt wait to welcome you to Headley Park this Saturday! Hereβs what you need to know before you arrive for an evening of live music with ProMusica Chamber Orchestra.

This is General Admission lawn seating, so bring a chair or blanket and choose your spot when you arrive.

Food and drink service begins at 4 p.m. We recommend arriving between 4β6:30 p.m. to park, check in, grab some food and settle in.

Our student musicians have heard ProMusica many times. On Saturday, they get to share the stage with them!

Look for the white check-in tents at either entrance. Have your ticket ready on your phone or bring a printed copy. Our volunteers will scan your ticketβs QR code, and then youβre ready to find your spot on the lawn.
North Entrance: Harrison Pond Road
South Entrance: Headleyβs parking lot

General Admission parking is in the lower parking lot. Parking is FREE. The first lot on the right is reserved for musicians and VIPs.

Mobility Assistance Parking is near the General Admission entrance. Guests who need assistance may be dropped off at the check-in tent, and a golf cart will be available to help with transportation.

If at any point it becomes unsafe for the event to continue outdoors, weβll move the festivities indoors to the auditorium at Gahanna Middle School West.
If an indoor move becomes necessary, weβll send additional details about the indoor version of the event.
But rest assuredβthe show will go on!
