Behind The Smile, Inc. We want to educate today's youth and their parents on what goes on behind the smile. Behind The Smile, Inc. was founded in memory of Tyler Martin.

On March 17, 2017, Tyler took his life, at the age of 14. After his death, friends and family kept remarking on Tyler's smile. He had a beautiful smile, and always appeared happy. What was behind his smile? Tyler was not bullied; Tyler was considered popular; Tyler played multiple sports at his school. Tyler would never have been on a watch-list for su***de. Our mission is to educate today's youth

and their parents on the risk of su***de in ALL teens. You never know what is behind the smile of the kid next to you in class, or your child's friend that frequents your home. We hope to shine a light on the epidemic of anxiety, depression, and other mental struggles that plague our children today. An epidemic that they have gotten very good at hiding... behind their smiles.
