Meet Laura King! As the Executive Director of NewLife Treatment Services, she bridges clinical treatment with the judicial system as a Drug Court Coordinator. With over twenty years of professional experience, she leads comprehensive residential and outpatient services, combining her clinical expertise, evidence-based practices, and lived experience to empower individuals to achieve lasting recovery and transform their futures. Last week we welcomed the new Executive Director of Greater Gadsden Area Tourism, Anna Lindsey Brown, at Gadsden Rotary Club. Anna comes to us from neighboring Cherokee county and we enjoyed getting to know her better and hearing about the many things she is doing to continue to promote Gadsden and Etowah county as a destination.
