🎉It’s Friend Friday and this week we are excited to introduce and thank our new friend, Keirstin McHenry, owner of Pilates Addiction, Holly Springs!
Our family began this journey a year ago, and we’re excited to bring Pilates Addiction to the community later this year! While Pilates Addiction is a franchise, we’re a small, family-run operation with a real passion for supporting our local community.
We’re currently working behind the scenes to create a beautiful new studio at Advenir Oaks Community, just off Highway 55 in Fuquay-Varina.
Pilates Addiction is a premier fitness studio specializing in high-intensity, low-impact Pilates classes using state-of-the-art reformers to help you strengthen, tone and transform your body. We combine traditional pilates principles with modern dynamic movements to deliver an energetic and deeply effective workout. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or a complete beginner, our welcoming, community-focused studio will have something for you!
We’ve designed our space with our members in mind, including convenient parking and an entrance that doesn't require a single U-turn to get to us! There is a private studio and a retail area featuring brands such as Lululemon, Spiritual Gangster and more. We will also offer private sessions, group classes and even fun group workouts for bachelorette parties and bridal celebrations!
Our family loves exploring downtown Fuquay-Varina, from the locally owned shops and restaurants to live music, food and b**r flights, and, of course, finishing the evening with ice cream! We recently enjoyed taking part in Celebrate Fuquay-Varina and loved meeting fellow local vendors and seeing the community come together, even in the rain.
As a small, family-run business, we understand the importance of supporting our local economy. We’re excited to build a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable trying Pilates, while becoming part of the wider Fuquay-Varina community.
We can’t wait to welcome you to Pilates Addiction!
