Today was our 4th annual Holsters & Hoses event - a friendly competition between the Fuquay-Varina Fire Department and the Fuquay-Varina Police Department! This is one of our very favorite events of the year and we had such a great time today!

The sun was shining, the police department showed up with power rings (as if we expected any less) and the fire department had a bit of a hard time keeping their fire going (training runs deep!) - it was a fun filled day! 60 headboards and footboards were built today and the trophy was (once again) handed off to the police department! 🚓👏📣

We were thrilled to also have the Sleep in Heavenly Peace - NC, Mebane and Sleep in Heavenly Peace - NC, Clayton chapters also in attendance with us today.

It's a great community event full of camaraderie, doing good for the community and feel good vibes.

Another build in the books! This morning, sponsored by Target with many Target employees in attendance, we built 40 beds in record time!

Huge thank you to First United Methodist Church for standing in the gap, stepping up and letting us use a parking lot! Couldn’t do what we do without great partners (and parking lots 😜) like you!
