Everyone has some bad days but FIND a way to get over the hump. Get outside to exercise, walk, ride a bike, get involved in a hobby, dance, read, talk to a friend or pet, read a book, smile, make faces in the mirror and laugh at yourself, or do something fun, do a kind thing for someone.

This morning at LHES it was walk, ride, or bike your student(s) to school. They passed out pom-poms to staff and volunteers to cheer and greet them on the way in. What a fun way to start our day! I was so pleased with the messages along the way.
