🗳️✨ Fuquay-Varina Toastmasters Meeting Highlights! ✨🗳️
This week’s meeting theme was “Election Night 2026-27” as we celebrated leadership, service, and the power of stepping up to make a difference. Our Word of the Day was Commitment — a perfect reminder that growth and leadership both require dedication and follow-through. 💙
Our inspiring Quote of the Week was: “A leader takes people where they want to go. A GREAT leader takes people where they don't necessarily WANT to go, but OUGHT to be.”

We also enjoyed a wonderful speech from Celeste Brown titled “Don’t Skip the Stretch.” Her message encouraged us to keep growing, keep reaching, and never underestimate the value of pushing beyond our comfort zones. 👏

🌸🥗 April Potluck Fun at Fuquay-Varina Toastmasters! 🍰🌷
Great conversations, delicious dishes, and wonderful fellowship made our April Potluck a fantastic success! From savory favorites to sweet treats, everyone brought something special to the table—and the laughter and connection made it even better.

At Fuquay-Varina Toastmasters, we grow together not only through leadership and communication, but also through friendship and community. Events like our potluck remind us that the best meetings happen when we share both our stories and our snacks!

Thank you to everyone who joined in, brought a dish, and helped make the evening so memorable. We’re grateful for such an amazing club family!

☀️🌻 Monday night at Fuquay-Varina Toastmasters was full of sunshine, smiles, and summer vibes! 🌻☀️ Our Toastmaster for the evening, Amitesh Gupta, led us through a fantastic meeting with the theme “Beautiful Summers” — and it was made even better by a fun surprise when Amitesh and speaker Judy White showed up in matching outfits! Great minds (and great wardrobes) think alike 😄👔👗

Judy delivered one of the evening’s inspiring speeches, with many thanks to all the members who assisted her with a Toastmasters project.

🌱 Growth is Uncomfortable… and that’s where the magic happens! 🌱
This week at Fuquay-Varina Toastmasters, we embraced the challenge of stepping outside our comfort zones.
A big shoutout to Crystal Cushman for serving as Toastmaster for the very first time—what an incredible job guiding the meeting! 👏
Our theme, “Growth is Uncomfortable,” reminded us that progress doesn’t happen without a little stretch. And with our Word of the Day—“Flourish”—we were encouraged to not just grow, but truly thrive. 🌼

🎤 Fuquay-Varina Toastmasters Meeting Recap!
Last night’s meeting theme was “Digital Madness” — and it was truly full of energy! We held a Speech-a-thon featuring 5 fantastic speakers, each bringing their own creativity, insight, and digital flair. 🚀💬
A huge shoutout to all who participated and supported our speakers!
