Leadership is about serving others with humility, heart, and purpose, and throughout this past year, Hailey embodied each of those qualities as the Maryland FFA State President. She led our association with confidence, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to every member she met.

Hailey’s passion for agricultural education, genuine care for people, and ability to inspire those around her made a lasting impact on our team and our association. Whether she was leading from the stage, connecting one-on-one with members, or representing Maryland across the country, she always served with grace and authenticity.

Thank you, Hailey, for your countless hours of service, your steadfast leadership, and the example you’ve set for future generations of Maryland FFA members. Your influence will continue to be felt long after your jacket is retired, and your legacy will forever be woven into the story of the Maryland FFA Association.

Over the past year, Connor has dedicated countless hours to serving our members, chapters, and agricultural community with passion, authenticity, and purpose. From chapter visits and workshops to conventions, conferences, and countless conversations, he has inspired members to embrace who they are, discover their potential, and confidently lead others.

Connor’s servant heart, unwavering dedication, and genuine care for every member have left a lasting impact on our association. His ability to connect with others, encourage growth, and represent Maryland FFA with integrity has made a difference in the lives of so many.

Connor, thank you for your commitment to serving something greater than yourself. Thank you for the time, energy, and heart you poured into this organization. Your leadership has strengthened the Maryland FFA Association, and your legacy will continue through the members you inspired.
