This amazing group is the heart of the seminar. The people who work year-round to bring Alabama HOBY to life and create an experience that impacts ambassadors forever. Their dedication, passion, and love for HOBY are seen in every detail of the weekend.

More than a team, they are a family. A dream team of selfless, caring, and hardworking individuals who pour so much of themselves into making Alabama HOBY special for every ambassador, volunteer, and alum.

We continue to celebrate the people that make Alabama HOBY possible with a pair of teams that work tirelessly behind the scenes!

Our Marketing & Fundraising Team helps preserve the moments that make Alabama HOBY unforgettable. From capturing photos that become lifelong memories, to sharing the spirit of seminar through social media, to creating excitement and connection through the HOBY Store, they help tell the story of every ambassador’s journey. Their work allows the impact of HOBY to live on long after the weekend ends.

Meanwhile, a HUGE thank you to our Operations Team for keeping every detail of seminar weekend running smoothly from start to finish. From locked doors, coordinating details for every event, constant set ups and tear downs, and so much more, this team selflessly puts everyone before themselves!

While much of the work happens behind the scenes from these two teams, their impact is seen in every part of the Alabama HOBY experience. 🫰
