🍎 Teacher Spotlight: Katherine Wood 🍎
Today, we're excited to spotlight Katherine Wood, who teaches Psychology, Sociology, and History at Fulton High School!
For Katherine, one of the best parts of teaching is watching her students grow from freshmen into young adults and building relationships that go both ways. This year, she's also looking forward to taking on a new opportunity—teaching leadership!
Katherine's students would describe her as caring, unique, and inclusive. Katherine also shared an important reminder about the work educators do beyond the classroom: teachers often take on the emotional burdens of their students because they care so deeply about helping them succeed. 💛
