Meet Member, Amy Pratt. After 20 successful years as a civil trial attorney, Amy brings specialized knowledge to the real estate experience for home buyers and sellers. Her litigation background provides her clients with expert skills in contract review, negotiation, and an ability to focus on the fine details of a real estate transaction. Her prior work experience of defending physicians in medical malpractice cases, as well as large companies in civil lawsuits, allowed for an easy transition to diligently representing her clients through every step of the real estate process. Amy is a friendly, reliable professional that truly cares about your specific real estate needs. She will work by your side, starting with the home search or listing, up to closing at the settlement table, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Growing up in Maryland, Amy has lived in Howard, Prince George’s, and Baltimore Counties. For the past 16 years, she has resided in the River Hill community of Howard County. Her knowledge of the real estate market in these and other areas of Maryland prove invaluable when searching for a home. She and her husband Mike, who is a commercial real estate agent with KLNB, have two children who are active in the highly regarded Howard County sports programs. Amy also enjoys volunteering on her son’s high school and club hockey programs, traveling, skiing, and taking care of the two family dogs. Amy received her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and her undergraduate degree, cm laude, from the University of Maryland, College Park.
