We were so happy to present the $10,000.00 ticket drawdown WINNER, Donnie Wood, his $10,000.00 today.

What a blessing it has been to be able to do this. This is only the beginning.

250 tickets sold and with that, $10,000 went to our lucky winner and the other $15,000 will go toward next years event.

Our small town pulled off an incredible 4th of July. We all have been WANTING a carnival to come back and THEY found US.

The City of Fulton always hosts the annual one day firework show with small entertainment and vendors but this year we were able to partner with ICDC and the newly founded Fulton Main Street Association.

In less than 6 weeks, we as a team pulled together, with incredible support from businesses all around(banners were set up on both sides of the stage), and donations from businesses and raised over $50,000 to make this event possible.

This was no easy task but that is just how special Itawamba County is.. Supportive, filled with great people, and love for our town like no other.

Thank you again to every individual involved in making this happen. Thank you to ICC for allowing us yearly to use your grounds. We could not do it without you all. Looking forward to next year already!

Hi! I’m Leah Kline Caldwell. As a lifelong resident of Itawamba County, I am honored to serve as the new executive director of the Itawamba County Development Council.

Before fully stepping into this role, I spent the last week working alongside Teresa Blake as she and the city led the Freedom Festival. I appreciate her willingness to ensure a seamless transition, and I thank her for her service to ICDC and the progress made during her tenure. I wish her continued success in the future!

Itawamba County’s greatest asset is its people. Every community contributes something unique to the strength of our county, and meaningful progress begins with strong relationships. My priority is to support our existing businesses and industries, foster new opportunities for investment and growth, and work collaboratively with local leaders to advance the long-term success of every community we serve.

This page will continue to highlight the work of ICDC, share opportunities that move Itawamba County forward, and celebrate the people, businesses, and organizations making a difference across our county.

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve, and I look forward to working with you as we build on our strengths and shape the future of Itawamba County together!
