Faith was never meant to stay inside the walls of the church. It influences how we live, how we lead, and how we steward the communities God has placed us in.

Scripture reminds us in Jeremiah 29:7 to seek the welfare of the city where we live.

One way we do that is through civic engagement.

Rev. William “Bill” Owens, beloved Founder of CAAP and steadfast champion of Christ-centered values, faith, family, and religious liberty, entered his eternal rest on December 9, 2025, at the age of 86.

A Civil Rights marcher alongside Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a pioneering educator, and a national voice for freedom, his unwavering courage and conviction impacted countless lives across this nation.

Please keep his wife Dr. Deborah Owens, his eight children, thirteen grandchildren, and his extended spiritual family in your prayers during this difficult season.

Mission: Education is the outreach arm of CAAP, focused on supporting students, schools, and families through education-based engagement.

We provide:

We extend our heartfelt condolences to our Catholic friends and partners around the world on the passing of the Pope. His life of service as a global spiritual leader is honored today with deep respect.

I had the unforgettable opportunity to visit Rome in 2014 for a marriage and family conference hosted by the National Organization for Marriage (NOM), where we gathered with leaders from around the world and heard from the Pope at the Vatican. It was a truly memorable experience I will never forget.

May peace and comfort surround all who mourn his loss.
