🐈‍⬛ We are temporarily pausing adopions on all of our black cats 🐈‍⬛

In light of the upcoming Halloween festivities, we are temporarily halting adoptions for all our beloved black cats until November 3rd. This decision is made with their safety in mind, as we want to protect them during this spooky season.

We also recommend keeping all cats indoors throughout October, particularly black ones, to ensure their well-being during Halloween. This precaution helps create a safer environment for our furry friends.

If you're interested in adopting a black cat, you can still fill out an application and come spend time with them. They will be with us a little longer, but your love and attention will surely brighten their days.

Our 2nd trip of the day to COH BARC to save yet another senior cat. This girl was found as a stray and yet again adaptable even by BARC's standards as she was in their adoption center. But they decided that MURDER was the best solution if she wasn't adopted or tagged by a rescue by 1pm today. She is safe with us now!

Early morning Saturday 911 rescue from COH BARC. This sweet senior was on their euthanasia list after being brought in as a stray and then adopted and returned. What blows our mind is she is adaptable... BARC even had her in their adoption center this morning but if she wasn't adopted by 1pm today they were going to MURDER her. We have her safe with us now.
